Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Client Service Executive located in Kolkata. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client services, handling client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring project progress, and providing feedback and assistance to clients.

Qualifications

· The candidate should be tactful and must have good PR skill.

· Must be versatile enough to communicate with the clients

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be valuable enough in Hindi, English and Bengali

· Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
