Provide expert day-to-day support for live Oracle FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking environments, resolving issues quickly and keeping banks running smoothly. You will troubleshoot issues, manage EOD processes, apply patches, and ensure platform stability for clients globally. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day support for Oracle FLEXCUBE environments.

Troubleshoot functional and technical incidents.

Manage EOD/BOD batches and performance tuning.

Apply patches, hotfixes, and regulatory updates.

Perform data fixes, query optimization, and log analysis.

Support retail, payments, and lending modules. What You’ll Bring 4+ years in core banking support; 3+ years on FLEXCUBE (v12+).

Robust PL/SQL, SQL, and database tuning skills.

Experience with EOD operations and production incidents.

UNIX/Linux, scripting, and basic Java knowledge.

Transparent client communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT or related field.
