Outlet. You will help customers find the right skincare solutions through personalized consultations while supporting the store team with your product and skincare expertise. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving business growth Key Responsibilities - Conduct personalized skincare consultations and recommend suitable skincare routines.

Act as the in-store skincare expert, helping customers make informed skincare choices. Coach and guide Beauty Advisors on skincare knowledge, product recommendations, and customer consultations. Support the store team in delivering a premium customer experience.





Drive regimen selling and contribute to store sales goals Eligibility Qualifications (Preferred): Diploma / Degree in Cosmetology Diploma in Beauty Therapy Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience.

Experience in skincare, beauty retail, customer consultation, or aesthetic clinics is preferred.

Skills Valuable understanding of skin types, skin concerns, and skincare ingredients. Robust communication and customer engagement skills. Ability to guide and support a retail team. Passion for skincare and customer education.
