Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Client Support Manager located in Vasant Vihar. The Client Support Manager will actively engage with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by solving queries and providing effective support. Responsibilities include responding to customer issues, managing client relationships,



offering technical assistance when required, and gathering insights for improvement through data analysis.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills to maintain clear and professional client interactions
Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate data, and recommend effective solutions
Experience in providing Technical Support to resolve client concerns
Robust organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and client management systems is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams
