Position: Civil Engineer

Department: Projects / Construction

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Supervise site work, contractors, subcontractors, and labour to ensure quality and timely completion.
Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, excavation, and foundation works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Verify measurements, maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and prepare progress reports.
Manage material planning, consumption, and site inventory.




Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
Ensure work is completed within the approved budget and timeline.
BOQ Preparation as per the approved drawings.
Invoice submission & payment follow up with client.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of IS Codes, BOQ, and site execution practices.
MB preparation , Invoice submission & payment follow up.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
