Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Hospital Counselor to support patients and their families throughout their treatment journey. The counselor will provide emotional guidance, explain treatment plans, address concerns, and ensure a smooth patient experience within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment procedures and healthcare services.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during consultations and treatment.
Explain medical processes, therapies, and wellness programs in easy, understandable language.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.




Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
Assist in resolving patient queries, concerns, and complaints.
Guide patients regarding lifestyle changes, diet plans, and wellness programs as advised by medical specialists.
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in hospital/healthcare counseling is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligent.
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
