Role Description The Communication & Soft Skills Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. The trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions and workshops focused on communication, presentation, and essential life skills for students and early-career professionals. Daily responsibilities include designing training modules, preparing learning materials, delivering sessions, and using assessments to track learner progress.

The role involves providing constructive feedback, coaching learners individually and in groups, and continuously refining content to match participant needs and industry expectations.



The trainer will collaborate with academic and program teams to align training outcomes with Apex Seekers’ competency and employability goals. Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Communication and Soft Skills to effectively engage, mentor, and support diverse learners.

Candidates should possess solid Training & Development experience, including curriculum design, facilitation, and learner assessment.

Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills for delivering clear, structured, and impactful sessions.

Candidates should possess expertise in Life Skills training, including interpersonal skills, time management, and professional behavior.

Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Psychology, English, HR, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in training.

Prior experience as a soft skills, communication, or employability trainer in academic or corporate settings is highly beneficial.

Ability to adapt content to different skill levels, use interactive teaching methods, and work collaboratively with internal teams.

Strong spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
