Based in South India with a broad regional reach, the consultancy offers end-to-end construction and facility support, focusing on functionality, long-term usability, and reliable results for clients. PMC Velocity is looking for a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-out works to join our growing team for projects in Kerala, Karnataka and Chennai project sites.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute interior fit-out works at project sites.

Coordinate with clients, architects,



consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.

Ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

Conduct site measurements and coordinate billing-related activities.

Requirements B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.

Solid knowledge of finishing works, including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and related civil works.

Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site execution.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel
