Operate and set up CNC turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
Read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
Perform dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
Make tool and offset adjustments as required.
Ensure product quality and machine efficiency.
Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Perform basic machine maintenance.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Turner, or Machinist.
1–3 years of CNC turning experience (or as required).
Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls.
Ability to read drawings and use precision measuring tools.
Valuable problem-solving and attention to detail.
