We are hiring a Technology Co-Founder for a well-established D2C enabler with a solid presence in India and the UAE. The company partners with leading brands to build, scale, and optimize their digital commerce businesses and is now looking to accelerate growth through AI-driven innovation.

This is an opportunity for a technology leader who wants to build a business rather than just a product.

Role Overview The Co-Founder will lead the company's technology vision, product development, AI initiatives, and platform strategy while working closely with the business leadership to drive innovation and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's technology roadmap.

Build and lead high-performing engineering and product teams.

Develop scalable eCommerce platforms and digital solutions.

Integrate AI and automation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI agents.

Drive architecture, security, scalability, and performance of technology platforms.

Collaborate with business teams to launch new products and digital capabilities.

Represent the technology vision with investors, partners,



and enterprise customers.

Desired Profile

8–15 years of experience in technology leadership.

Strong experience in eCommerce, D2C, marketplaces, or retail technology.

Hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, APIs, and system architecture.

Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and AI-driven product development.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale products from the ground up.

Experience managing engineering teams and delivering technology at scale.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background

Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom commerce platforms.

Exposure to omnichannel commerce, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

Prior startup or founding team experience will be a solid advantage.
