Role Description The Civil Professor at RDS Digital will be a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This position involves designing and delivering civil engineering-related educational content, including lectures, practical sessions, and project guidance, with a focus on applications that intersect with digital tools and up-to-date industry practices.

The Civil

Professor will develop curricula, create course materials, evaluate student performance, and mentor learners on technical concepts, research methodologies, and professional skills.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to integrate industry-relevant case studies, participating in academic and industry events, and continuously updating content to reflect current trends in civil engineering and digital innovation.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, structural analysis, and construction practices.
Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and academic assessment.
Ability to use digital tools and software relevant to civil engineering education and practice (e.g., CAD/BIM tools).
Effective communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; prior teaching or academic experience preferred.
Proven ability to conduct or supervise research projects and guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world problems.
