Drive collections and recoveries through agency field teams within the assigned geography.
Achieve collection, resolution, rollback, and productivity targets.
Monitor and improve performance across Early, Mid, and Late DPD buckets.
Ensure adequate manpower deployment and effective route allocation.
Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Track delinquency trends, aging, flow rates, and portfolio health.
Monitor field visits and ensure productivity of agency teams.
Identify high-risk accounts and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure strict adherence to bank SOPs, RBI guidelines, and Fair Practices Code.
