What this role looks like in practice

This is a hands-on engineering role on a small, senior team. You will own meaningful surface area from the day you join. The work falls into a few areas, and the balance shifts week to week.

Platform engineering — designing, building, and operating our Kubernetes-based platform on AWS: CI/CD, observability, cost discipline, security posture, and the day-to-day reliability other engineering teams depend on.

Application engineering, where it serves the platform — controllers, operators, internal tools, glue services. We do not draw a hard line between platform and application work.

Deploying AI agents into production — when our AI team needs an agent stood up in a real setting,



you are the engineer who makes it happen, with the rigour production deserves.

Cross-setting work — most work is on AWS, but customers occasionally bring you into other clouds and stacks. You will learn quickly and contribute outside your comfort zone.

Continuous improvement — automating what is manual, retiring what no longer serves, and leaving the platform clearer for the engineers who come after you.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
