Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience working with Tenrox, Broadcom Clarity (CA Clarity PPM), or similar project and portfolio management tools.
Proven experience in systems architecture, with a focus on enterprise PM solutions.
Deep expertise in Tenrox time tracking, resource management, workflow customization, and data integrations.
Extensive experience in Broadcom Clarity architecture, including modules configuration, reporting, workflow design, and security.
Robust working knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, middleware platforms, and API management.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
Experience with scripting languages for automation and customization (JavaScript, VBScript, PowerShell, etc.).
Robust understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor technical teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in application development and deployment
