Qualification: B.Arch / MBA / PGDM in Finance, Strategy, Business Administration or a related field

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Corporate Development to support the organisation's strategic growth, business expansion, and corporate development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, evaluating strategic partnerships, and supporting leadership in driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Support corporate strategy and business growth initiatives.
Identify and evaluate current business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and alliances.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, financial models, and strategic presentations.
Support due diligence and evaluation of potential partnerships and business opportunities.
Assist in identifying new markets, sectors, and expansion opportunities.




Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
Develop reports and presentations for leadership review.
Track and monitor strategic initiatives and business development projects.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and business partners.
Support the development and implementation of long-term corporate growth strategies.

Experience in the Architecture, Design, Construction, or Skilled Services industry will be an added advantage.
