Your role includes continuous interaction with various teams to refine application features and contribute to the overall project success through thoughtful design and requirement analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project milestones.

Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.

Robust knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within software solutions.

Experience in designing and developing custom software applications tailored to business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect financial systems with other enterprise applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.

This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
