As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges. Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
Experience with automation and configuration management tools related to Infrastructure As Code.
Robust understanding of cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable infrastructure solutions.
Familiarity with scripting languages to support infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of version control systems and team-oriented development workflows.
