Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in all deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.

Solid understanding of application design principles and best practices.

Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet user requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
