Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.

Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment on Microsoft Azure platform.

Strong understanding of scalable architecture design and microservices.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and cost efficiency.

Knowledge of security best practices within cloud environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
