Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce B2C Commerce.

Experience with customizing and extending Salesforce B2C Commerce capabilities to meet business requirements.

Robust knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS relevant to e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with integrating third-party services and APIs within Salesforce B2C Commerce environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex software systems.

Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver iterative software improvements.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
