Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

Solid knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise applications.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
