Robust understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.

Experience with software development methodologies, particularly agile.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Workday.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
