Conduct regular performance evaluations Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations, Must have WD Certification and hands on Workday Adaptive Insights experience

Robust understanding of integration principles and methodologies

Experience with API development and integration tools

Knowledge of data mapping and transformation

Hands-on experience with Workday Studio or EIBs Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations
