Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.

Document software configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Field Service Management.

Solid understanding of software design principles and application configuration.

Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions.

Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting software applications.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
