Role & responsibilities
Design and development of automotive seating structure components such as:
Seat frame
Recliner mounting brackets
Track assemblies
Cushion pan structures
Back frame structures
Welded assemblies and sheet metal parts
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and assemblies using CATIA.
Work on product development activities from concept to production release.
Prepare manufacturing drawings with GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Support prototype development, design validation, and engineering changes.
Ensure design compliance with customer standards, safety requirements, and DFMEA guidelines.
Participate in design reviews and customer discussions

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of automotive seating structure design.
Experience in sheet metal and welded structure design.
Hands-on experience in CATIA V5.
Understanding of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and manufacturing feasibility.
Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP, and APQP processes.
Positive understanding of seating mechanisms and structural performance requirements.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
