Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.
Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide accurate course information.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Generate interest in IPCS Global courses and guide students through the admission process.
Schedule walk-ins, counselling sessions, and online meetings.
Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversion rates.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the counselling and branch teams for smooth admission processing.
Build robust relationships with prospective students and parents.
Resolve basic queries related to courses, fees, batches, certifications, placements, and career opportunities.
Prepare daily activity reports and submit performance updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
