Description

We are looking for a Saviynt resource with 7+ years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from Gurugram office and be willing to work in shifts. The ideal candidate will lead access review / certification programs, support audit readiness, guide delivery teams and drive service improvement across Saviynt IAM operations

Responsibilities

•At least 7+ months of experience in Saviynt product.​•Strong expertise in end-to-end Access Review / Certification program management, including campaign strategy, execution, remediation and closure.​•Solid expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC and governance frameworks.​•Extensive experience in application onboarding and integration in Saviynt, and JML lifecycle implementation and governance.​•Deep understanding of Saviynt workflows, certification configurations, automation capabilities, access certification data governance, audit controls and compliance standards.​•Robust hands-on capability in SQL for advanced reporting, reconciliation and issue resolution.​•Positive understanding of REST APIs, JSON integrations, enterprise IAM architecture, target systems,



Git / SDLC practices and scripting exposure.​Experience transitioning and operationalizing IAM solutions post-deployment and supporting audit, compliance and regulatory requirements

§Lead and own enterprise-wide Access Review / Certification programs, ensuring timely and compliant execution.​

§Act as a Solution SME and escalation point for complex certification and IAM issues.​

§Define and drive access governance strategies, controls and best practices.​§Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance through robust certification processes.​§Collaborate with leadership and clients to minimize access risks and improve control effectiveness and governance posture.​§Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation, optimization and process standardization.​§Oversee service delivery, operational performance and SLA/KPI tracking.​§Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Consultants and Associate Consultants.​§Contribute to strategic IAM roadmap and capability enhancement.​

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plusMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent IAM / Microsoft security certification preferred
