Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students.
Conduct classes and workshops on various aspects of blacksmithy and carpentry.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum and programs.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the college's goals.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or a related field.
Solid knowledge of blacksmithy and carpentry principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
