Role Overview
Location: Marathahalli/ Silk Board (Maruthi Chambers) (In office) - Shift: Day Shift (6 days/week, Sundays off) - Salary (CTC): Up to ₹26,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives - Transportation: Cab facility is not provided Key Responsibilities:
Manage outbound calls with professional communication.
Resolve customer queries regarding gold, platinum, and diamond jewellery.
Generate leads by encouraging store visits and maintaining accurate interaction records.

Requirements
Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
Experience: 0–2 years.
Languages: Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
