Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a positive first impression.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-up calls.
Collect customer feedback and maintain satisfaction records.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Send reminders for vehicle service, insurance renewal, and special campaigns.
Support customer engagement and retention activities.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly customer interaction reports.
Ensure compliance with company customer service standards and processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in customer service or the automobile industry is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience
0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, front office, or automobile dealerships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
