This is not a technical or coding role. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, solid English comprehension, and a valuable eye for website design, UI, graphics, and overall visual quality.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify whether a website looks professional, is visually appealing, follows branding guidelines, and accurately reflects the source documents. The role involves validating AI-generated content, reviewing website layouts, checking benefit information against client documents, and ensuring high-quality final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities AI Content Validation:





Review AI-generated employee benefits websites and digital benefit guides.

Compare AI-generated content with original client documents.

Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.

Verify that benefit descriptions accurately match the source documentation.

Ensure eligibility criteria, deductibles, copays, coverage limits, and plan information are correctly presented.

Preferred Qualifications Experience reviewing websites or digital content.

Basic understanding of website layouts and UI/UX.

Knowledge of graphic design principles.

Ability to identify whether a website looks skilled and visually appealing.

Experience working with AI-generated content.

Familiarity with employee benefits or insurance documentation is an advantage (not mandatory).

Basic image editing knowledge is a plus.
