The Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Success team in managing day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring timely responses and a smooth experience across TrustSignal.io’s platform. This internship role is on-site in Delhi, India, where the intern will assist in resolving customer queries, tracking support tickets, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The intern will help document common issues, escalate complex cases to senior team members,



and contribute to improving internal processes and knowledge bases.

Additional responsibilities include collecting customer feedback, preparing simple reports on customer experience metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product and service improvements. Qualifications:-

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with an interest in building long-term customer relationships.

Customer support and communication skills to handle queries, provide clear responses, and maintain a skilled tone in all interactions.

Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback, identify trends, and assist in preparing basic reports or summaries.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, show initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced setting.

Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort with digital tools, CRM or support platforms, and eagerness to learn about omnichannel customer engagement technologies.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
