Role Description This is a full time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Agra.

The Delivery

Driver is responsible for safely transporting home and commercial kitchen products from the store to customers’ locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading goods, verifying delivery orders and invoices, handling basic cash or digital payments when required, and maintaining delivery records. The role also involves communicating professionally with customers, coordinating with store staff to plan delivery routes, and keeping the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Driver may assist in basic in-store duties such as moving stock within the premises or supporting the team during busy hours.

Qualifications

Solid Customer Service and Sales skills to interact politely with customers, handle inquiries, and support store transactions.

Ability to perform Forklift Operation or safe manual handling of products, with attention to safety and care of goods.

Experience in Training or willingness to learn and follow delivery procedures, store policies, and product handling guidelines.

Background or familiarity with Food & Beverage or kitchen-related products is beneficial for understanding customer needs.

Valid driver’s license, positive driving record, and knowledge of local routes in Agra.

Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items, and work on feet for extended periods.

Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for handling bills, receipts, and delivery logs.

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work cooperatively with store and warehouse teams.
