Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Advanced Excel with the ability to create dashboards, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
Use Python for data analysis, automation, and data processing.
Prepare MIS reports and present business insights to stakeholders.
Analyse trends, identify patterns, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
Automate recurring reports using Excel,



Power Query, or Python.
Support business teams with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SQL (Joins, Views, CTEs, Stored Procedures, Window Functions).
Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Dashboard Development).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Macros is an added advantage).
Valuable understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
