Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.

Ensure endpoint security and manage antivirus solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams to support enterprise applications and resolve escalated issues.

Azure Support

Monitor and maintain Azure cloud resources and services.

Assist in deploying and managing virtual machines, networks, and storage within Azure.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Azure-based applications and services.

Implement and manage backup, recovery,



and disaster recovery solutions on Azure.

Automate repetitive tasks using Azure tools like PowerShell, CLI, and Logic Apps.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills And Experience Desktop Support:

Experience with Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.

Solid knowledge of desktop and mobile device management solutions.

Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems .

Azure Support

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., VMs, Azure AD, Storage Accounts).
