Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Excel Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and analyzing data while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy
Use Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting
Perform data cleaning, validation, and error checking
Create and manage Excel reports using formulas, functions, and pivot tables
Maintain proper documentation of data processes
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Coordinate with team members to collect and verify data

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts)
High typing speed with accuracy
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Basic understanding of data management
Positive organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
