Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and maintaining product update logs, release notes, and change documentation.
Coordinate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather accurate information on updates.
Draft and edit internal communications, newsletters, and documentation for product updates.
Update product knowledge bases, help center articles, and other user-facing documentation.
Monitor user feedback channels to identify trends post-release.
Ensure stakeholders (marketing, support, sales, etc.) are informed about new releases and changes.
Assist with organizing product update meetings, demos, or webinars.

Requirements




Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organization.
Interest in product development and lifecycle.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team setting.
