Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and qualified manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the support database.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.




Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
