Key Accountabilities

Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build and support RESTful APIs based on business and system requirements
Enhance and modify existing microservices to improve functionality and performance
Support integration of backend services with enterprise systems and external APIs
Assist in ensuring secure and secure communication between microservices
Work on API integrations across backend platforms and third party systems
Monitor application performance and support troubleshooting activities
Identify and resolve minor performance bottlenecks across services and databases
Write clean, maintainable, and effective code aligned with development standards
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging activities
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and architects
Work with cross functional teams across telecom and/or eCommerce domains
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand ups and sprint planning
Maintain documentation for APIs, modules, and technical changes




Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and development progress

Mandatory Skills

Proficiency in Core Java and OOP concepts
Hands on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Experience in building and supporting REST APIs
Familiarity with Spring MVC and backend frameworks
Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with Git version control
Exposure to telecom and/or eCommerce domains
Understanding of transactional workflows and backend processes
Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
Valuable problem solving and analytical skills

Desirable Skills

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with Docker and container concepts
Awareness of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience in Agile/Scrum environments
