Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, email, and application-related issues.
Handle user support through a ticketing tool (ManageEngine) and ensure timely closure of incidents and service requests.
Install and configure desktop applications, antivirus, and software updates.
Perform system formatting, OS installation, data backup, and restoration.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals.
Support Active Directory user account management, password resets, and access-related issues.
Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware warranty and repair activities.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Follow IT policies, security guidelines, and SLA commitments.
