Job Summary

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in BBA or MBA (Mandatory)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.




Prepare and maintain daily reports and customer data.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
