Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage workforce activities, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and discipline. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production and operational activities.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and work performance.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
Allocate work and monitor productivity of team members.
Maintain product quality standards and minimize production defects.
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Prepare and submit daily production and manpower reports.




Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Train and guide recent employees on work procedures and safety.
Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Report any equipment breakdowns or quality issues to management immediately.
Ensure smooth shift handovers and proper documentation.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / Any Degree / B.E. (Preferred)

Experience
Fresher or 1+ Years of experience as a Supervisor in Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, Agro, or related industries.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
