Role Description This is a full-time, in office Desktop Support Engineer role based in Chandigarh.

The Desktop Support

Engineer will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, supporting printers and other office equipment, and performing routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The role involves responding to user support requests, documenting issues and resolutions,



and coordinating with senior technical teams or vendors when required.

The Desktop Support

Engineer will also assist in implementing IT best practices, maintaining asset records, and ensuring adherence to company security and compliance standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and operating systems support.
Candidates should possess experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and Computer Hardware, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of components.
Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Solid customer service orientation, clear communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in office in Chandigarh.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts, antivirus tools, and IT security practices will be beneficial.
Prior experience in desktop or IT support within a corporate or managed services environment is an advantage.
