Customer Support Executive
(Work From Home after 6 Months) Office-based for first 6 months, then Work From Home
Experience: Freshers/ Experience can apply
Education: 12th Pass / Any Diploma / Any Degree
Age Limit: Below 30 years
Language Skills: Basic English communication (around 50%) Valuable Tamil communication
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, chats, and emails.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Meet quality and productivity targets.Requirements:Age below 30 years.Minimum 12th Pass.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Willing to work from the office for the first 6 months.Secure internet connection and laptop/desktop required for WFH after 6 months.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
