Role & responsibilities
9+ years of experience in design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions.
Lead data engineering teams and ensure timely delivery.
Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and cloud tools.
Work closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, performance, and governance standards.
Support pre-sales and solutioning initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP.
Expertise in Databricks/Spark and big data processing.
Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
Solid SQL and Python/Scala skills.
Experience managing teams and project delivery.
Snowflake knowledge.
CI/CD and DevOps practice for data pipelines.
Exposure to orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.).
Knowledge of data governance frameworks.




Leading teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Managing client expectations and communications.
Driving collaboration and team performance.
Problem solving and delivering business value.
Supporting capability development and mentoring team members.

Preferred Qualifications Education - B. tech / BE in Computer Science or Information Technology.
10 + years of robust hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP.
Expertise in Databricks/Spark and big data processing.
Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
Solid SQL and Python/Scala skills.
Experience managing teams and project delivery.
