Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team.
Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues.
Conducting research on the potential Client's database as per the requirement Skills And Qualifications - Positive command of written and spoken English
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media)
