Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced FAE Manager to visits explore customers from industrial, Smart iOT, Smart meter, GSM/GPS etc.

You will be the technical bridge between supplier and our key customers, driving design-win success for 4G/ 5G , LTE Cat.1 bis, NB-IoT, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Own technical account management for Tier-1 customers and strategic design wins
Define and execute FAE support strategy aligned with sales targets and product roadmaps
Drive module certification (GCF/PTCRB, carrier, regulatory) together with customers
Conduct advanced technical training and workshops for customers.
Act as escalation point for complex hardware/software integration issues (Android, Linux, RTOS)
Work closely with Product Marketing on NPI (Recent Product Introduction) and customer requirements
Provide voice-of-customer feedback to influence future module roadmaps




Achieve quarterly design-win and revenue targets through proactive technical engagement

Requirements
Bachelor/Master in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent
3-5years of hands-on experience with cellular modules (Quectel, Fibocom, Sierra Wireless, Telit, u-blox, or Simcom)
Deep knowledge of 4G/5G protocol stack, AT commands, GNSS, power management, and antenna
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Experience with Android RIL, Linux kernel drivers, or Qualcomm/Android baseband is a solid plus
