Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Balance the cash register and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Handle custom cake orders and ensure order details are recorded accurately.
Package bakery products carefully and attractively.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked display cases and shelves.
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing the bakery for the next business day.

Pay: ₹10,520.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
