IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Corporate Salary) to join our Retail Banking team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent corporate salary accounts for the bank
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate business
Understand the financial needs of corporate clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate clients
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify recent business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by corporate clients
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or relationship management in the banking industry
Solid understanding of corporate banking products and services
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
Knowledge of local market trends and competition
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
