Role Description The Ecommerce Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position supports daily ecommerce operations, including managing product listings, updating pricing and inventory, and ensuring accurate content across online platforms. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to process orders, handle invoicing, and track shipments, while maintaining high standards of customer experience.

The Ecommerce

Assistant will respond to customer queries, assist with sales-related tasks,



and help monitor performance metrics to improve online store efficiency and conversion. The individual will also support promotional activities, troubleshoot basic platform issues, and ensure smooth execution of ecommerce workflows.

Qualifications
Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience capabilities
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and external partners
Basic Sales skills to support online sales activities and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
Invoicing and order-processing skills to manage billing, payment verification, and documentation
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling product data, pricing, and inventory updates
Comfort with ecommerce platforms and basic proficiency in spreadsheets or order management tools
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment
Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, or customer support is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial
